Payment

To reserve a villa, we need a deposit of  $150 per week of rental, to be paid within 7 days of making the booking. The balance is due one month before arrival at the villa. We can accept payment from major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa. Wire transfers are possible, as is cash in exceptional circumstances, but these must be arranged with us in advance and at that time we will advise of the appropriate bank account details. On arrival at the villa, a $150 security deposit is required which will be returned following inspection of the villa for damages. Our T&C's are included in a short rental agreement we will forward and agree with you before and payment is made.
