From where our Villas are located, it is only a few minutes
to some of the best beaches in the USA and a relatively short drive to some of
the world's most famous recreation parks - with Disney only a couple of hours
away. If you want to explore some of Florida's most beautiful
National Parks, or walk the miles of beach and waterways, to play some of the best Golf
Courses in Florida or simply relax in the sun by your
own pool, this area has it all.
Our villas are located in two main areas - near to Manasota Beach in the Venice
and North Englewood area or at Lake Marlin, East Englewood, where all the villas back onto a
beautiful lake. The area just to the south of Sarasota has not been spoilt by large
scale commercial development and the beaches and waterways in the area retain
