If you have, or are thinking of buying., a home to rent out in the area, talk to
us about our home management service. We will look after your home for you when
you're not here, making sure both your house and your guests are looked after.
For a small monthly fee, we will arrange to pay all of your bills and making
arrangements to have your pool and garden serviced weekly.
We will also endeavor to find renters for you through our excellent network of contacts throughout the travel community, with both European and US based travel agencies and tour operators. Many of our owners look for renters themselves and some achieve significantly more than the average 30 weeks per year of bookings. We are able to offer advice on how to do this, should you wish to supplement your rentals in this way.
Buying a home to rent in Florida can be beneficial. The area is popular with visitors from all around the world and in this area there is a high demand for a quiet week or so after visitors have 'done' the parks in Orlando - the benefit here though is that there are not as many rentals as there are in the Orlando area and the resulting high level of demand results in slightly higher rental rates. This itself has been a contributing factor to the significant increase in home values in the last few years - another benefit of owning a home in the area.
