Casa Kalina is what this house is affectionately called. After viewing the beautiful landscape you enter the pale blue pillared foyer and are transferred to another world. You are struck first, straight on by the gorgeous view of the pool and lake through the designer decorated formal dining room. To the right of the entrance is the master suite, The Palm Room. Beautiful private seating area with private entrance to the pool area, king bed, large TV, walk in closet and gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a very European feel to it. Deep tub and walk in shower as well as double vanity. To the left of the entrance is a more informal dining area with rattan chairs and a TV and there are rattan chairs around the kitchen counter. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a wall CD player with speakers throughout this home. Living room is very tastefully done in a tropical theme with large screen TV, DVD and VCR. To the left of the living room are 2 guest rooms, very beautifully decorated, 1 with twin beds and large closet and the other with a queen bed and large closet. These guest rooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. To the right is the second master suite, which features a queen bed, TV with satellite and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and private entrance to the pool area. The pool is beautiful and every extra was thought of. There is a wet bar with sink and small refrigerator and lots of seating. This is a true treasure, full of lots of little touches.
