Gorgeous, colorful home which has been beautifully decorated and equipped. Walk in the front doors and you will see beautiful rooms, with high ceilings and lots of glass sliding doors, every room painted in different bright colors to match the furnishings. On entry you come into the large living room which overlooks the pool area, and this room has lovely comfortable sofas, coffee tables and cd player system. The formal dining area is to the front of the house and has large table with chairs for 6.

The master bedroom is to the right of the house and this is large and spacious with king size bed, white wood furniture and flat screen tv. Attached to the master bedroom is master bathroom with walk-in shower, corner tub, double vanity and separate wc.

Going through the living room you come into the huge island kitchen with large family room which again overlooks the pool and has lots of sliders and windows...Casual breakfast area with table and chairs for 4. Family room has comfortable sofas and large tv with dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a large laundry room with washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The other two bedrooms are on the left side of the home, and are decorated in nautical style, one of them having a queen bed and the other twin beds. These bedrooms share a shower room, with vanity and wc.

The pool is very nice with large deck area for relaxing overlooking the canal where you can fish and see what you can catch!

Home is fully air-conditioned and has double garage. There are also a couple of bikes to enjoy the area.
