The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and there is a casual breakfast nook off the kitchen with seating for four. The formal dining area overlooks the pool area and has seating for six. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The pool is very large has screened lanai and has a privacy fenced back yard. There is a brick built BBQ grill for cooking outside. This home is just a few minutes to shops and restaurants and ten minutes to the great Venice beaches.  A great vacation home!
